By purchasing a list you agree to the following.

Lawful use only

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting the businesses on any list you buy — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and texting laws, and the National and state Do-Not-Call registries. These lists are business contact information intended for business-to-business outreach.

License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered contacts for your own outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the lists.

Accuracy

Contact data is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that every record is current or accurate, and no refunds are offered for out-of-date records. Each business is sold to no more than five buyers.

Removal

A business owner may request removal at any time via the remove my business page; we will deactivate the record from future lists.
